Ric Vardel, co-founder of IPC, has a distinguished technical and project management background supporting complex wastewater projects. As our Environmental Scientist and Wastewater Specialist, he brings to clients his talent and an in-depth understanding of the required operations and maintenance of treatment plants. Mr. Vardel has the highest State of California Mandatory Wastewater Treatment Plant Certification, Grade V. He was the youngest person to achieve the Grade V Certification in California in 1983.

With over years of experience, his unique ability to troubleshoot and provide a comprehensive solution for each unique situation enables IPC to provide customized services that meets the needs of each individual client. His diversified experience in project management, engineering design and construction management, leadership and guidance on multiple field projects, brings him a step above the rest in his field.

In his down time he enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, and kicking back with his dogs.

Ms. Meadors is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of IPC since its inception in 1992. She is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations which include contracts, legal, and administrative functions. Ms. Meadors has been instrumental in turning IPC into a multi-million dollar company and a leader in the wastewater industry.

Over the last years, Ms. Meadors has established a sound corporate foundation for IPC and an approach to management to achieve quality services for its clients. She has a unique ability to motivate and foster a productive, organized, and efficient team spirit with the highest degree of personal and professional integrity.

In her spare time, Ms. Meadors enjoys spending time with her family and her animals. She loves traveling and experiencing different cultures. She cycles over 160 miles a week and enjoys taking weekend rides up the coast on her Harley.
