Ms. Meadors is the founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of IPC since its inception in 1992. She is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations which include contracts, legal, and administrative functions. Ms. Meadors has been instrumental in turning IPC into a multi-million dollar company and a leader in the wastewater industry.
Ric Vardel, co-founder of IPC, has a distinguished technical and project management background supporting complex wastewater projects. Mr. Vardel has the highest State of California Mandatory Wastewater Treatment Plant Certification, Grade V. He was the youngest person to achieve the Grade V Certification in California in 1983.

Starting from ten days or 80 hours to 20 days or 160 hours per year based on years of service.
In accordance with California's paid sick leave law.
Six predetermined paid holidays and four personalized paid holidays per year, equivalent to ten days or 80 hours per year.
Contributions are determined by the Board of Directors annually.
Determined by management annually.
Monthly safety training courses through IPC’s on-line University.
May be eligible for confined space entry, CPR, and first aid training and certification.
May be eligible to obtain experience for the Wastewater Operator Certification.
May be eligible for continuing education credits required to maintain professional licenses, certifications, and designations.
May be eligible for seminars, classes, conferences or other educational programs that are deemed instrumental to your career.
May be eligible for educational reimbursements including tuition and books. Must be used to improve knowledge of information directly related to the job.
May be required to attend paid seminars, classes, conferences or other education programs. Costs such as tuition, books, and mileage (non-company vehicle) are reimbursed.
